Use this checklist to calculate your current AFib stroke risk.

The CHA2DS2-VASc score is a tool that is endorsed by medical societies and widely used by doctors to evaluate the risk factors that could increase stroke risk in patients with AFib. Keep in mind that these factors can change over time. Completing this assessment can help determine whether or not treatment is necessary to reduce the risk of an AFib-related stroke, or if your current treatment plan is still the most appropriate one for you.
